1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 80ji Casino, a gaming platform operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 80ji Casino Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities on the 80ji Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 80ji reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited without recourse.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 80ji Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on the 80ji Platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 80ji Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person, is strictly prohibited. 80ji employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts attributable to a single individual, 80ji reserves the right to close all accounts, void all transactions, and confiscate any funds or winnings without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or allow unauthorized access to your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity. You must immediately notify 80ji of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 80ji shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies, 80ji requires identity verification for all accounts. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any other information reasonably requested by 80ji to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 80ji may result in restrictions on account functionality, including the inability to withdraw funds. 80ji reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly in connection with large withdrawals or suspicious account activity.

4. Deposits and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

80ji Casino accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency wallets. 4.2 Source of Funds

You further warrant that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party or using the Platform for money laundering or any other illicit purpose. 80ji reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

4.3 Deposits are Non-Refundable

Once deposited, funds become part of your gaming balance and are non-refundable except in cases where 80ji determines, in its sole discretion, that an error occurred or that extenuating circumstances warrant a refund. Deposits made in error must be reported to 80ji customer support immediately. 80ji reserves the right to investigate all refund requests and may deny refunds if fraud or abuse is suspected.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of available funds in your 80ji account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, and satisfaction of all terms of this Agreement. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the priority and timeframe associated with your VIP tier status. 5.2 Withdrawal Limits

80ji imposes minimum and maximum withdrawal limits that vary depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. Requests to withdraw amounts exceeding the stated maximum may be processed in multiple installments at 80ji's discretion.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and international anti-money laundering standards, all withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and account that was used to deposit funds, where feasible. In cases where this is not possible, 80ji may require additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of the withdrawal destination. 80ji reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.4 Unclaimed Winnings

If your 80ji account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months and contains a positive balance, 80ji reserves the right to assess a monthly maintenance fee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the remaining balance or PHP 500, whichever is less. If the balance is reduced to zero through inactivity fees, no further fees will be assessed. You may reactivate your account and claim remaining funds at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All Users agree to engage in fair and honest gameplay on the 80ji Platform. The following activities constitute prohibited conduct and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to play games or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings
• Engaging in bonus abuse or violating the terms of promotional offers
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to disguise your geographic location
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other users or 80ji staff

6.2 Game Integrity

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 80ji.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 80ji Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 80ji's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

80ji is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, power interruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your 80ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. 80ji reserves the right to process final withdrawals through the same payment method used for deposits and may require completion of identity verification before releasing funds.

11.2 Termination by 80ji

80ji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of this Agreement, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, 80ji may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of terms, all funds may be forfeited.

12. Amendments to Terms

80ji Casino reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this Agreement will always be available on the 80ji Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the 80ji Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. in accordance with its rules and procedures. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 80ji.
